Overview
唾液酸酶活性检测试剂盒 S0006 用于通过检测阴道分泌物中唾液酸酶（sialidase）活性来实现细菌性阴道病（BV）的快速诊断和治疗评估。适用于现场快速筛查或实验室筛查，据报道与 Amsel 标准的相关性约为 92%。

Principle
细菌性阴道病由阴道菌群失衡引起，常表现为乳酸杆菌减少、厌氧菌（如 Gardnerella vaginalis、Bacteroides、Mobiluncus、Prevotella、Mycoplasma hominis）增多。多种 BV 相关细菌可产生唾液酸酶，本试剂盒检测该酶活性作为 BV 的指示，可实现快速筛查。

Instructions for use

• 1) 打开放有拭子的管，向棉头滴加 3 滴提取液后封管。
• 2) 将管置于 35–37°C 下孵育 15–20 分钟。
• 注意：a) 确保棉头被提取液润湿但不过量。
• b) 在 30 分钟内读取结果；超过 30 分钟读取可能无效。
