Orikio is a pioneering French company in acoustic monitoring for healthcare and support services.
Our mission: To transform the support provided to the most vulnerable people using AI that analyzes sounds.
Born from a simple conviction: sound carries precious information; Orikio has developed a unique technology capable of recognizing and interpreting over 150 characteristic sounds from the medical-social sector. This innovation makes it possible to detect distress situations (falls, calls for help, vomiting, respiratory distress, etc.) in real-time and instantly inform caregivers.
Today, more than 3,000 rooms are already equipped with Orikio. Supported by two funding rounds totaling 14 million euros and holding 11 filed patents, Orikio is establishing itself as a major player in French e-health.
This excellence was recognized by the EY Start-Up of the Year 2024 award, which distinguishes the most promising and committed young companies.
