FORMED in beautiful Hangzhou city features product design and engineering, quality management, manufacturing, automated and manual assembly, and sterile packaging for medical device and combination products. Our facility includes a clean room, controlled environment, warehouse and sales center.
We have professional technical team, helping lots of customer to develop and design new medical devices products.
We are under ISO13485 quality system management. Strictly control of production environment, productive process, product testing, shipment inspection and after-sales service.
