Callegari was established in Parma, Italy, in 1930. The company designs, manufactures, and sells innovative professional equipment for the medical, pharmaceutical, beauty and wellness industries.

For many years, the production plant and administrative headquarters were under the same roof in Parma, but in 2010, the owner, Renzo Catellani, acquired the current two headquarters. Over the past 20 years, Callegari has grown and changed significantly. At first, the company focused on developing and selling self-diagnostic equipment across Italy. Then, it started introducing new technologies, which was the turning point that allowed it to expand in the international market. Continuous research has been our driving force for nearly a century, allowing us to become one of the most prominent developers and manufacturers of analysis and self-diagnostic devices.

We have two business units encompassing our specialisation macro-areas, i.e., Lifescience (e.g., blood, urine, and vein health) and Skincare.
